Overall, this company seems to be very solid. Candles and other fragrance products are growing in popularity at a tremendous rate.
Their compensation plan is fair, and it's obvious that their business is growing at an incredible pace. Unfortunately, simply being a member of a great company is not enough. It's a sad fact that most Scentsy reps are failing and will never earn any significant income. So how can you overcome that barrier? First of all, join an exciting, fast-growing team that you know will look out for you and your success. They should host regular trainings and be available to answer questions for you. Second, you must have a marketing plan to be able to find leads and recruit on a large scale. Simply selling their products in home meetings isn't enough to earn the high income that you're looking for.
